Yes, from our menu we offer gluten free pancakes, a range of breads, pasta and most menu items can be tweaked to remove any allergens. In our online store we have fantastic gluten free pasta options.
Yes, we have on street parking as well as a number of carparks within a couple of minutes’ walk.
Our delivery costs are calculated by weight and the minimum charge is 8.50EUR nationwide and Northern Ireland. 12.50EUR to the rest of the UK.
Deliveries nationwide including Northern Ireland are next day if ordered before 12:00 Sunday to Thursday. Deliveries to the rest of the UK can take up to 7 working days. However, there can be additional delays due to customs. If you have any queries regarding your delivery, you can contact one of the team at email@example.com
Food & perishable goods cannot be returned however if you have any issues with the products you have received please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. We offer a 30 day returns policy on any unopened alcohol or merchandise products you wish to return. This starts from the day you receive your package. Subscriptions are packaged and posted on the first day of each month. Should the first day of each month fall on a weekend your subscription will be packaged and posted on the first Monday of the month.
Yes, our coffee cups, takeaway boxes, our batch boxes and fill are all eco-friendly. We focus on sustainability wherever possible.
We offer delivery to Ireland and the UK. If you are outside of these areas & would like one or two [or more!] of our amazing products please get in touch and we will endeavour to get a package to you.
We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express and all other major debit /credit card providers.
We have a selection of hampers available online, or you can create your own. You can build your Batch Box by shopping our online store, adding items to your basket and following the check-out procedures. If the Batch Box is a gift, you have the option to add a gift note and gift wrapping at checkout. If you have any other comments or requests you can add these in the ‘Delivery Comments’ section.
Yes, you can opt to click and collect your order from our shop. We can be found on Main Street, Falcarragh, Donegal.
No, we don’t do electronic vouchers just yet!
You can decide to have your voucher sent to you or the recipient directly via email, An Post or you can choose to collect from us in store.
No, Batch vouchers do not expire.
