This sparkling Riesling is a dealcoholised sparkling wine produced by award-winning German winemaker Johannes Leitz. He has used high quality Riesling grapes to produce a wine full of flavour, but which then goes through a gentle dealcoholisation method to produce a 0% alcohol free sparkling wine.
