In this Rose Harissa, you’ll find 3 types of chili, fennel, cumin and coriander, along with a dash of true cinnamon and rose petals. Try it as a base for soups or stews, or sprinkle it onto your vegetable, meat or fish dishes before cooking. Make a wet harissa paste – a Harissa sauce – by blending oil and Rose Harissa. Use it to baste your oven-baked or grilled dishes or set out a bowl of Harissa Sauce so guests can ‘spice’up the finished dish themselves.
