Terms & Conditions

1. All purchases are made with Batch directly via the website unless otherwise stated.
2. All prices on Batch.ie are inclusive of VAT.
3. All goods and packages are reviewed before leaving the building. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged product please get in touch with us within 30 days of your order date at orders@batch.ie and we can look into this with our courier service.
4. We offer next day delivery within Ireland and Northern Ireland on all orders placed before 12pm Monday – Thursday.
5. We offer delivery within 7 working days to the rest of the UK for orders placed before 12pm. (This is subject to change sue to delays at customs).
6. Postage is €8.50 within Ireland and Northern Ireland unless the weight of the package is over 10kg. Cost of postage then goes up to €17.00.
7. Postage to the rest of the UK is €12.50 unless the weight of the package is over 10kg. Cost of postage then goes up to €24.
8. Batch cannot be held responsible should local customs authorities wish to confiscate any particular item, delay shipment or charge import duty on any Hampers or Gifts boxes.
9. Weather and other events outside of our control (acts of God) may cause delays on delivery of your order. We will update you when we can of any delays. Your parcel tracking number will also be updated with any information on delays / change to delivery.
10. We will aim to deliver subscriptions for the 1st of each month. However if you order within the last week of the month, you will receive your first delivery within the first week of the next month.
11. By placing an order with Batch you agree that you are over 18.
12. All promotional offers and discounts are subject to availability and can be withdrawn or change at any time.
13. All prices quoted online are exclusive of delivery.
14. Batch reserves the right to substitute items, without specific notice being provided.
15. All items are subject to availability. If due to unforeseen circumstances it is necessary to substitute an item, the replacement item shall be of equal or greater value than that which it replaces.
16. All payment for goods must be made when the order is placed. We will not despatch goods before payment is received.
17. If you wish to return a product please contact us at orders@batch.ie. Returns must be made within 30 days of your order. Returned goods must be in good condition and unopened unless damaged (in which case contact orders@batch.ie ). Goods can be returned free of charge in store at Batch, Main Street, Falcarragh or can be returned to us by post. Batch does not cover the cost of returning goods.
18. If using our click & collect service to collect a wine order you will be asked to provide ID proving you are over the age of 18.
